Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to operational functions, including field ops, sales support, underwriting, claims processing, customer service, and platform management, to drive growth and operational excellence.

Process Optimization:

- Lead initiatives to streamline and optimize operational processes, leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

Technology Integration:

- Drive the implementation and integration of technology solutions to support our platform-led approach to insurance products, ensuring seamless integration across all operational functions.

Customer Support Excellence:

- Oversee the development and implementation of customer support strategies and initiatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences, including call center operations and customer service processes.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor overall performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous operational optimization.

Risk Management:

- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks at organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations as well as managing appropriate loss ratios.

Talent Development:

- Build and develop a high-performing operational team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, as well as technology partners, regulators, and industry associations, to drive collaboration and alignment.

Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with the executive team in developing and executing strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion in the insurance sector.
