- Lead day- day business operations for the group and provide leadership to Business Managers

- Drive Management Governance, Routines & Operations Participate in Staffing / Workforce / Personnel Management Lead Communications & Strategy Responsible for Economic Coordination, Expense & Saves Management, Investment and Capital Planning & Governance, and Business Case Analysis and Decision Support.

- Responsible for Initiative Planning, Initiative Business Case development, and Initiative Financial Governance Oversees Invoice, PO & Vendor Forecasting Operations, Infrastructure Billing, Volumes & Allocations and Benchmarking and Costing Manage financial alignment.

- Headcount Tracking, managing the number of heads, by resource type.

- The individual will manage the daily business operations, working closely with Delivery heads and Group delivery Leader to support the strategy.

- Act as the key advisor to the respective functional heads and provides strategic direction and oversight Connecting strategic initiatives level down to functional tower level.

- Manage PE and NPE financial oversight, managing to forecast.

- Participate in consultative discussions with managers, HR about hiring, team structure.

- Should have an excellent eye to detail and be the content owner for communications and leads strategic planning. Individual should have requisite experience in managing exec level communications and be able to represent the group/head in all meetings/ discussions.

- Participate in Org wide initiatives and extend partnership to drive outcomes.

- Drive strategic alignment and engagement with our critical technology partners to maximize the value of the relationship for the bank, help resolve issues and find opportunities for cost savings.

- Lead on cross-tower negotiations to ensure all is represented and ensure best value fortheorgnaisationand Provides thought leadership and leads by example.
