Position Description:
This position is responsible for setting the vision, direction, and culture of the organization and build/maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders. It will create a positive organization culture through motivational leadership and set employee and team performance goals and drive productivity. This position will ensure operations run seamlessly in compliance with organization policies and government rules and regulations. It will directly supervise all functional heads of the organization in a collaborative manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct oversight and manage performance of all functions
- Identify bottlenecks impacting stakeholder, implement process improvements and enhance operational productivity
- Network strongly to build positive relationships with stakeholders and enhance visibility of the organization
- Build a highly motivated team, provide performance support to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure a culture of high ethical standards and adherence of all regulations/applicable laws
- Work to ensure implementation of standard operating processes across all functions for smooth operations and global consistency
- Lead pilots to establish new programs, functions, departments, teams and expansion of the organization
- Prepare the annual organization budget, monitor actual vs. budgeted expenditures and oversee all reporting activities in line with the best practices and standard operating process
