The key responsibilities will include:
- Flawless execution of client SLAs, meeting of deadlines
- Development, collation and reporting on all KPI dashboards reporting.
- Responsible for Compliance and Audit obligations for processes through extensive control and operations risk framework in line with corporate policies and guidelines.
- Attract, motivate, manage and develop a team of Service Delivery Managers/ Operations Managers that are focused at all times on service delivery to internal clients as well as external clients serviced from India
- Focus on India People Strategy
- Communicate and help foster the brand.
- Production of various MIS reports for use by the senior management and LoB
- Developing and implementing tools to manage and improve Quality, Accuracy and Timeliness
- Ensure effective performance management of assigned Operations staff in India at all levels
- Initiate and assist in India strategic focus initiatives
- Financial discipline around all aspects of relevant operations
- Direct and detailed input to compensation and incentive recommendations regarding all employees in Operations Director remit
- Other duties as assigned
To qualify for this role you will require:
- Degree Qualified
- Post Graduate degree in Finance (Proffered)
- 15+ years of total experience/relevant experience (as a guide)
- Ability to provide direction to a large group of staff to drive them towards achievement of common goals
- Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
