- Muses Consulting Studio is the premier marketplace for student services, facilitating partnerships between student groups and companies. Our past expertise ranges from content creation, marketing- campaigns, campus ambassadorship, and product development to data engineering, software development, user testing, market research, and analytics.

Job Overview :
The COO will play a pivotal role in overseeing all core operational aspects of Muses, with a special focus on student recruitment, student onboarding, campaign management, and company analytics. As COO, you will be responsible for optimizing internal processes, ensuring campaign success, and driving data-driven strategies that enhance student and client satisfaction. You will work closely with the CEO and other department leads to ensure seamless execution of projects and maintain high standards of performance across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Recruitment: Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan to onboard a diverse and engaged network of student ambassadors across universities.
Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to identify recruitment channels (e.g., student groups, social media, career services).
Build partnerships with sororities, fraternities, and student organizations to enhance ambassador engagement and brand visibility.
Oversee student relations and support teams in maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
2. Student Onboarding:
- Streamline the student onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all new ambassadors.
- Implement training programs that align students with brand objectives, campaign goals, and platform usage.
- Foster strong communication between student ambassadors and campaign managers to ensure expectations and deliverables are clearly communicated.
3. Campaign Management:
- Oversee the execution of brand campaigns across multiple campuses, ensuring consistency and quality of student ambassador content.
- Work closely with campaign managers to allocate resources, monitor timelines, and resolve operational challenges.
- Drive innovation in campaign strategies, exploring new avenues for engagement and improving efficiency.
4. Analytics and Success Metrics:
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and overall company performance.
- Implement data-driven decision-making across recruitment, onboarding, and campaign execution processes.
- Oversee analytics reporting on student performance, client campaign success, and internal operational efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to the CEO and stakeholders on growth, performance, and areas for improvement.
5. Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement:
- Design, implement, and optimize operational processes and systems to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Continuously evaluate existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to improve productivity.
7. Financial Management and Budgeting:
- Oversee the budgeting process for campaigns and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Monitor the financial health of the company, ensuring that operational costs stay within allocated budgets.
- Provide insight into financial reports and forecasts, ensuring resources are properly allocated to support growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with the CFO or financial teams to assess profitability and return on investment (ROI) for campaigns and projects.
8. Technology and Systems Oversight:
- Ensure that the company's technology infrastructure supports operational goals and enhances communication, productivity, and campaign success.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions (CRM systems, analytics tools, project management platforms) that enhance operational effectiveness and transparency.
- Oversee the integration of analytics tools to capture and assess student and campaign data in real-time.
- Note: Please note that this position requires availability primarily during EST and PST hours, which falls in the timeframe of 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM IST. We request that only candidates who can work within these specified hours apply. This role is entirely remote.
