One of our clients which is a startup in the digital space is looking to hire COO (a part of their core team)
- Direct the company in keeping with the mission and vision outlined
- Design, implement and drive operations roadmap of the organisation
- Improvise the inbound and outbound processes
- Develop strategic partnership relations and improve partnership compliance
- Strategize the operations plans in conjunction with the top management/product team
- To show incremental growth in revenue generation of the organization
- Ideate, develop and improve the customer retention programs
- To propose effective solutions in maintaining long term client relationships
- Responsible for driving all financial activities of the Company, including but not limited to budget planning, risk and return analysis, negotiations and statutory compliance
- Build and maintain strong investor relations
- Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability for all the BUs to work closely with Human resources function on process improvements and compliance
- Create effective measurement metrics to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of all the processes in the organisation
- Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
- Work closely with the core team on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation programs and create, implement and roll out plans for strategizing and improving business processes to foster growth, profitably and develop people efficiencies and job satisfaction.
