Looking got Chief of Product and Technology officer for a growing Omni Channel retail start up


Job Responsibilities:


1. Technical Strategy and Leadership:

- Develop and implement the technical strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.

- Lead and inspire a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

- Drive innovation and stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the retail industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals.

- Manage the technology stack and infrastructure, making informed decisions about the adoption of new technologies to support product development and scalability.

2. Project Management and Execution:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects within defined timelines and budgets.

- Ensure effective resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution to achieve project objectives.

- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and adjust as necessary.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting best practices and efficient processes.

3. Team Management and Development:

- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of technical professionals.

- Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging growth and professional development.

- Promote knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration among team members.

4. Technical Expertise and Compliance:

- Provide expert guidance on technical matters, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

- Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and quality standards relevant to pharmaceutical operations.

- Identify and implement appropriate technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency and quality.

5. Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (executive leadership, operations, research and development, etc.) to align technical initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies as required.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
