Our property aggregator app simplifies property search and transactions, making it easier for users to find their ideal homes. As we grow, we are looking for a strategic and experienced CHRO to lead our human resources function and drive organizational excellence.
Job Summary:
The CHRO will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of HR processes, performance management systems, and a commitment to delivering defect-free services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process design, mapping, and Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring that our HR operations support our growth and enhance our organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Design and Optimization:
- Design and implement HR processes for our property aggregator app Ensure processes are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
- Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Process Mapping and Review:
- Develop and review detailed process maps for all HR functions.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize workflows.
- Ensure that all HR processes are documented and standardized.
Performance Management System (PMS) Dashboard Synchronization:
- Develop and maintain a PMS dashboard aligned with PCMM (People Capability Maturity Model) levels.
- Ensure the PMS dashboard provides accurate and timely information for performance evaluations.
- Use data from the PMS dashboard to inform HR strategies and decisions.
Quality and Six Sigma Initiatives:
- Implement Six Sigma methodologies to ensure defect-free HR services.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives across HR functions.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify and eliminate defects.
HR Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.
- Lead the HR team to deliver high-quality, efficient, and compliant HR services.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that attracts and retains top talent.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Communicate HR policies and initiatives to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
