Looking for People from 2001-2004 Batch of Premier B-schools (IIMs/XLRI/NITIE/SPJ)- Post MBA work-experience of 12-15 Years. preferably having work with one of the top-notch strategy consulting firms (such Mck, BCG, ATK, Bain)

What will the role entail?

CHIEF OF STAFF: Strategic Partner to a C-Level executive with exceptional people and organizational skills who can perform all tasks that may not fit into the purview of the existing DRs and department heads Key pivots:

- Handling organizational dynamics and complex activities

- Allow C level executive to focus on the activities that only s/he can do

- Add complementary skills and bandwidth

- Represent the C-level executive in his absence

Leaders who have had stints as shadow leaders/ chief of Staff are Rajan Anandan to Michael Dell, Amit Aggarwal to Jeff Bezoz. This is a similar opportunity, with a leading Indian Company. The position will be based either in Mumbai or Bangalore. - Strategy Consulting experience with leading consulting firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain will help. Other consulting firm candidates please apply- highlighting your strategy development and implementation experience.

- Experience in strategic planning roles, executing B2C projects in industries such as FMCG is a plus. Interest in technology, consumer technology, consumer marketing will help, not critical.

- Very strong on business operations fundamentals, conceptual thought process

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and drive them to completion

- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects; very strong in influencing & driving change

- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

- Good organizational skills - prioritizing, scheduling, time management

- Passion to architect and experiment with new ideas; ability to think through these pilots/initiatives and deliver clear outcomes
