Leading new strategic initiatives
- Conceptualizing and researching the feasibility of new strategic initiatives (new product / new geographies) to further the company's growth plans & improve profitability including leading the formulation of business plans.
- This involves market research and building a business case, coming up with a work plan to execute the initiative and co-ordinating with various teams to implement the initiatives.
Business Planning
- Leading the company's annual business planning (overall as well as vertical-specific plans) with the CEO
Execution
- Working with CXOs across functions to execute business plans agreed upon with the Board
- Resolving cross-functional process bottlenecks, discrepancies
- Process improvement across the organisation
Monitoring and Reporting
- Working with BI tools to extract actionable, data-driven insights
- Assisting the CEO in monitoring results (designing function-wise reporting templates and regularly monitoring key metrics)
- Monthly performance reporting to Investors, owning board communication
Experience Required :
- 1-3 years of experience in Consulting / Transaction Advisory from Big 6 professional services firms or Tier 1/2 consulting firms.
- Experience preferred in financial due diligence and / or post-merger integration.
Skillsets : Good communication and People Management Skills, Excel, Power Point
