Btech at IIT > Business Analyst with a consulting firm / programmer for 2 years > MBA > 6 years in Mckinsey, became an AP > joined some startup (part of strategy team)
In the consulting stint also, preferably worked in financial sector.
Some of the responsibilities include :
- Helps the CEO build a strategic Road Map to build the India operations and prioritize the effective transition journey. Help create a marketplace around the technology platform and effect growth in relationships and business for the same.
- Provides direction, leadership and resources to ensure successful implementation planning, solution preparation, delivery to the field, and measurement of initiatives that are the most highly complex and strategic in nature.
- Initiatives are corporate-wide and have a substantial impact to the bottom line.
- Establishes strategic implementation plans with project managers and executive sponsors that coordinate change activities, creatively solve problems and monitor sustained change to internal team members.
- Manages both directly and matrix resources whose functions include: development of plans, process impact, and redesign, change management, communication, training, delivery, implementation financials and monitoring of the performance of implemented solutions and continuously improve implementation capability.
- Interacts frequently with executive management demonstrating influence and negotiation.
- Helps with running the leadership forums both across India.
- Represents the leadership team in various forums, both internal and external
- Assists with Strategic initiatives and analysis.
