Chief of Staff to COO

They are looking for CHIEF OF STAFF TO THE COO
Core Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the company-wise operations on behalf of COO and come up with strategic interventions to make operations efficient and effective
- Act as a trusted advisor to the COO, providing strategic counsel and support on key business issues
- Prepare reports and presentations for the COO, summarizing key data and insights in a clear and concise manner;
- Improving the company's ongoing processes and organising procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity
- Designing, reviewing and improving an organisation's structure and helping address ongoing problems
- Acting as a liaison between the staff, COO regarding the company's climate, employee's well-being and project updates
- Gathering departmental reports and compiling them into one company report
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives on behalf of the COO, ensuring that objectives are achieved on time and within budget
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring that information is shared effectively and decisions are made efficiently
- Serve as a liaison between the COO and other executives, ensuring that priorities are aligned and goals are met
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Strategic Planning: Progress against key strategic initiatives, attainment of key performance targets, and successful execution of the COO's priorities.
2. Project management: Successful completion of projects on time and within budget, improvement in project management processes and tools, and successful collaboration and coordination across departments
3. Communication: Improvements in internal communication processes, employee engagement survey results, and successful alignment of priorities across departments.
4. Financial management: Achievement of financial targets, cost savings, and successful management of the COO's financial priorities
5. Leadership development: Employee retention rates, employee feedback on leadership
