Job Description - We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff (CoS) to support our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with the CHRO to align HR strategies with the overall organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
Project Management: Oversee critical HR projects and initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
Senior stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders (CoE Leaders), including senior leaders, to represent the CHRO's vision, gather insights, and foster productive relationships.
Data Analytics: Analyze HR data and trends to generate actionable insights for the CHRO. Contribute to data-driven decision-making by providing comprehensive reports and recommendations.
Communication Liaison: Manage communication on behalf of the CHRO, crafting compelling messages, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external audiences.
Change Management: Drive HR transformation initiatives by facilitating change management strategies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Special Projects: Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, ranging from HR process enhancements to culture-building initiatives.

Work experience : 2 to 3 years
Profile:
- Work experience : 2 to 3 years
- MBA in Human Resources from Tier 1 / 2 college
- Proven experience in CoE function / Chief of Staff role.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Project management certification is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and integrity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
