Chief Of Staff To Chief Analytics Officer - Data & Analytics - Analytics Consulting Firm

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our Chief Analytics Officer [CAO] in managing and coordinating various Data & Analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and data analytics, with exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Location: Bengaluru/Gurugram

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Timings: 5PM- 12:30AM /1 AM (8-9 hrs of shift)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Oversee project milestones, timelines, and Gantt charts to ensure timely delivery of CAO initiatives.

- Performance Tracking: Measure the progress of CAO initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring accountability within the team.

- Stakeholder Communication: Publish updates and represent the CAO in meetings, providing status reports, coordinating with senior stakeholders, and highlighting risks or obstacles as needed.

- Impediment Resolution: Identify and socialize any barriers to project progress, coordinating solutions across teams.

- Analytics Knowledge: Understand and engage in analytics workstreams, capturing key updates and insights.

- Tool Proficiency: Experience using Jira to track and manage project deliverables.

- Strategic Initiative Management: Oversee strategic initiatives from development through execution, working closely with senior leaders and functional heads.

- Executive Support: Assist and advise executives on decision-making, program management, and implementation of key initiatives.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 6+ years in business management or an executive support role, with a focus on project coordination.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience; an MBA is preferred.

- Technical Knowledge: Experience in data analytics is highly desirable.

- Communication: Strong skills in project reporting and cross-team communications.

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for facilitating discussions and aligning diverse stakeholders.
