Job Title: Chief of Staff - Tech & Growth Focus

A global asset management company with - 3,500 Cr in assets under advisory is seeking a Chief of Staff to drive tech-driven growth and operational efficiency through AI and ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AI/ML projects to streamline operations and foster growth.

- Collaborate with the founder on research-tech, growth, and operational functions.

- Execute critical projects, including team building for strategic initiatives.

- Optimize business operations with a digital-first, lean approach.

- Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for seamless execution.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience as an EIR or ML engineer with proven ability to execute AI/ML projects.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Ability to adapt in fast-paced, tech-centric environments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Work Model:

- Full-time, In-Office (Hyderabad)
