Chief of Staff - Strategy & Program Management - BFS/Online

Our Organization is growing and we're in need of a motivated and adaptable individual to support our senior management team as Chief of Staff. As a strategist, consultant and implementer, the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities of the CEO.

The Chief of Staff will handle day-to-day management of personnel to allow the CEO to focus on growing our business. The right candidate for the job will contribute to the long-term success of the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Acts as the liaison between CEO and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time.

- Participates with the CEO and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making.

- Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CEO.

- Researches and recommends new and revised policies and strategies.

- Creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations.

- Establishes standards and procedures for hiring and managing the office staff and personnel for the CEO.

- Maintains accurate confidential files and data records.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a similar field

- 1-8 years in a business or executive management role

- Track record of organizing and directing multiple teams and departments

- Highly experienced with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analytics

- Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments

- Effective, versatile and action-oriented

- Excellent communication skills
