Chief of Staff - Strategy - EdTech

We are recruiting Chief of Staff reporting to Chief Growth Officer

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of key projects such as strategies for the business verticals, branding and external communication, business forecasting and projections, investor reporting, etc

- Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies.

- Acts as a strategic advisor to the Chief Growth Officer and senior management team.

- Research and recommends new and revised policies and strategies.

- Analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, competitive environment, trends and operating metrics

- Provide department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork across the organization.

- Ideate, plan and oversee implementation of new ideas and business critical projects

- Determining key performance indicators

Skills & Traits Required:

Be an MBA with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in strategic planning

Solid business acumen

Effective Communication Skills
