Chief of Staff - Strategy & Consulting - Hospitality Startup - IIT/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

The position is for a Startup Company in the Hospitality Domain in Bangalore.

- The company partners with small, standalone hotels and helps them improve their service quality standards and also market themselves more effectively. The core pillars of the company are technology innovations (both for superior customer experience as well as for reliable backend operations), on-the-ground process discipline and new-age marketing (digital and offline). It offers a win-win proposition for both the customers and the hoteliers.

- This person is basically a jack of all, and a master of all. He/ she will be like the right hand of the CEO.

- Manages staff, Program management, consulting & strategy.

- Strategic support to Senior management, long term strategy & new business plans, and driving strategic initiatives.

- This opportunity will provide the candidate a huge learning curve.

Ideal Candidate :

- Should be Passionate and have the Drive

- Top notch exposure and coaching from founder / investors, as well as exciting projects to work on

- Undergrad (IIT or top tier non-engineering colleges) + 3-4 years experience in Startups + Consulting.

Or

- MBA (Top tier) with Pre-MBA experience in Startups or Consulting + 0-2 years post MBA experience.
