Chief of Staff - Young age startup

What you'll do?

- Work directly with the founder to drive interesting and large-impact problems across the organization. Work closely with the founder to drive business in terms of strategy, New projects and solving large impact problems.

- Independently managing large projects and programs within the organization across various products, operations, partnerships and investor relations.

- Drive Strategic Compliance for smooth running of products / Business across different business units and verticals

- Manage and build the existing products and have the ability to build new products from start.

- Work as the binding force that keeps all the verticals intact and together.

Minimum qualification :

- B.Tech from Tier 1 Colleges. (IIT /NIT /BITS / DTU / NSIT etc.)

- Relevant Working Experience as a Consultant or in the Managerial profile (1-2 Years).

- Startup Experience (running/ non running) is an added advantage.

- Flexibility, as Rigidity won't work in a profile like this.

- People's Person with Entrepreneurial, leaderships and Management Skills.
