- Collaborate closely with the founder, CEO, and leadership across sectors, playing an instrumental role in identifying and addressing pivotal challenges
- Handpick projects, sourcing critical data and insights, to provide our enterprise with a strategic edge
- Drive operations by owning various initiatives from inception to execution
- Be adaptable, with responsibilities that pivot based on the ever-evolving organisational objectives
Skills & Experience:
- MBA + minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably from consulting or food-tech startups
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable liaising with teams from tech, product, and business spheres
- Demonstrable leadership prowess, evidenced by the ability to steer multidisciplinary teams within dynamic settings
- Proficiency in a data-driven approach to problem-solving; a genuine data aficionado who can articulate insights to a diverse audience
- A staunch advocate of the customer-first philosophy, with an unwavering commitment to enhancing customer experiences
- Possess an inherent bias towards action and outcomes, always aiming for tangible results
- Rapid learning ability, with the knack to dive into and excel in any business vertical
- Flexibility to traverse varied work stream
