Chief Of Staff - Shared Mobility/Office Commute Platform

We are working on a Chief of Staff assignment at MoveInSync.

The position is based in Bengaluru.

About the role

The Chief of Staff will have an immediate impact on productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, driving organisational level critical projects, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The focus areas would be:

A) Direct support to the CEO:

1) Work with leaders to set strategic priorities: Identify areas where CEO should direct their focus as well as metrics for success. Revisit those metrics regularly and evaluate progress against them.

2) Ensure CEOs' involvement in project & decision-making processes takes place at key times, where their input and authority are most needed.

3) Prepare for and follow up on meetings: Assist CEO for upcoming meetings by ensuring they have all the information necessary to be productive and engaged.

B) Strategic Planning and Alignment:

1) Lead annual/quarterly strategic planning process for the company by acting as a project manager and ensuring alignment with the CEO and leadership team.

2) Determine key performance indicators for the company and update dashboards as needed.

C) Project Management:

1) Oversee large cross-functional, organization-wide projects or initiatives; bring together important stakeholders and help drive decisions.

2) Research, perform benchmarking, analyse data, and make recommendations.

3) Design new systems and processes to streamline operations & company goals.

Key Qualifications

1) Engineering from IIT & MBA/PGDM from an ivy-league b-school

2) At least 5 years of experience in a top consulting firm & B2C internet industry

3) A generalist mindset with experience & ability to manage projects in different functions

4) A hustler who can navigate through ambiguity to get things done

5) Exceptional Problem solving and Program Management skills
