About the opportunity: We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with our founder/CEO and partner closely with our executive team. You will act as an extension of our CEO and own a variety of projects ranging from solving operational issues, driving alignment and execution on critical initiatives and contributing to growth.
Responsibilities will include
Strategy Development with the Executive Team:
- Be a partner to the Executive Team to drive company strategy, OKRs development, tracking and effectiveness to drive execution and accountability
- Add structure and process to drive strategic prioritisation, alignment and outcomes to executive meetings -OKR goal setting.
- Enabling the leadership team in driving P&L across all regions
- Assisting in top to bottom sales funnel motions
GTM strategy support & execution:
- Execution of global GTM strategy for Test Sigma globally.
- Setting up and enabling performance benchmarks for product uptime
- Suggesting and owning product changes for security, reliability visibility
- Customer Success and engagement
- Building a CSM team to create expansion opportunities.
- Automate Planning, Execution, and ticket management.
- Ensuring near ZERO customer complaints through collaboration with Delivery function
- Assisting CXOs for building an executing yearly AOP and AFP
- Work on some of the most critical strategic projects as and when assigned
What we are looking for:

- Extremely organized: You balance a packed schedule, an endless to-do list, and never let anything drop.
- Strong communicator: You communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences (from senior executives to entry-level employees) and can masterfully tailor your approach to suit the circumstances.
Experience:
- 3-7 years in management / strategy consulting/Saas startups
- Diverse experiences across cases / projects / studies, with experience in strategy, GTM & Revenue ops
- Strong stakeholder management and worked directly with the executive team.
- Worked across the projects and collaborated across the business functions.
- Educational credentials commensurate with a strong and successful consulting background
