Chief of Staff - Revenue Operations & Strategic Initiatives


We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to join our executive team, tasked with driving our revenue operations to new heights, identifying strategic opportunities for expansion and efficiency, overseeing new product launches, and assisting the CEO with critical customer and partner management and sales strategies.

The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in Klub's strategic and operational leadership. He or she will directly support the CEO and work closely with the COO to ensure the seamless execution of revenue initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

We expect this role to be an equal mix of revenue strategy & operations [1-5] and general management [6-10].

- Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimise offerings and expand market reach; Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends, assess the competitive landscape, and inform strategic decisions that will position Klub for revenue expansion in both existing and new markets.

- Revenue Performance Metrics & Analysis: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive decision-making and strategic adjustments for revenue enhancement.

- Customer Success & Retention Initiatives: Oversee initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates, understanding that long-term revenue growth is deeply tied to the value customers derive from our products and services.

- New Product Launch: Spearhead the strategy, planning, and execution of new product launches, working closely with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful market entry and adoption. This involves coordinating launch activities, defining market positioning, and developing go-to-market strategies that align with Klub's growth objectives.

- Strategic Customer and Partner Management: Assist the CEO in managing and cultivating relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for growth and collaboration. This includes participating in high-level meetings, negotiating agreements, and maintaining open lines of communication for feedback and ongoing support.

- Vision Interpretation & Execution: Serve as the interpreter and implementer of the CEO's vision, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organisation; Foster interdepartmental collaboration and maintain operational continuity towards long-term revenue goals.

- Strategic Planning Oversight: Lead the strategic planning processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation and alignment with organisational goals.

- Business Rhythm Management: Manage and optimise business rhythms, including leadership meetings and governance/update processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations aligned with the CEO's expectations.

- Strategic Analysis & Decision Support: Provide insightful analysis, recommendations, and options to the CEO on key decisions and problem-solving efforts, enhancing the decision-making process.

- Proxy & Decision-Making: Serve as the CEO's proxy, acting as an information funnel, filter, and facilitator. Address issues proactively, represent the CEO's perspective, and make informed decisions in the CEO's absence to maintain momentum and continuity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.

- 7-15 years of total professional experience, across Tier I consulting and/or key strategic roles at early-stage startups

- Prior experience working directly with CEOs/CXOs

- Experience in revenue operations, business development, or similar, preferably in lending fintech
