Chief of Staff - Program Management

Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment & Execution:

- Partner with the CEO to define and execute the company's strategic priorities and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).

- Drive the execution of key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across different teams and departments.

- Track progress against strategic goals and provide regular updates to the CEO and leadership team.

- Identify and proactively address roadblocks and challenges to ensure successful project delivery.

Operational Efficiency & Management:

- Oversee and optimize internal processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization.

- Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

- Develop and implement organizational structures and communication strategies to facilitate information flow.

- Identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and implement solutions.

Communication & Coordination:

- Serve as a central point of contact and communication hub for the CEO, filtering and prioritizing information.

- Prepare and manage internal and external communications, including presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.

- Facilitate effective meetings, ensuring clear objectives, follow-ups, and action items.

- Liaise with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and advisors.

Special Projects & Initiatives:

- Lead and manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, often with high strategic importance.

- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Provide support in fundraising activities, investor relations, and other critical business functions.
