Responsibilities:
- Liaison and Communication: Serve as a liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the CEO, ensuring effective communication regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
- Relationship Building: Develop and foster strong relationships with all employees to increase efficiency and responsiveness in existing operations. Work closely with executives on special projects to define and implement new operational strategies under the guidance of the CEO.
- Subject-Matter Expertise: Act as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting in the preparation and dissemination of communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
