Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Co-Founder, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel reimbursement claim support and communication support
- Be a sounding board and help the leadership take organisational decisions keeping multiple priorities in mind
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings and presentations
- Anticipate and address the needs of the executive team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives and organizational goals
- Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation of internal and external factors to inform strategic decision-making
- Monitor progress toward strategic objectives and provide regular updates and recommendations to the executive team
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between departments, fostering collaboration and communication across the organization
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive alignment and achieve desired outcomes
- Facilitate effective decision-making processes by gathering input from key stakeholders and synthesizing information
