Chief of Staff -Marketing & Ecommerce
We are looking for candidates from Best of Management Institutes who are keen on working on Growth, Strategy for a diverse manufacturing group.
Responsibilities:
1. You will work with the different functions within the company to gather insights and present a 360-degree view of the org to the Vice Chairman.
2. You will identify gaps that require intervention, and help prioritize the Chairman's time and attention to ensure that the most important ones are getting attention.
3. You will provide context that helps the Vice Chairman in making decisions. Over time, you will grow to represent him/her in meetings and handle the minor decisions yourself.
4. You will manage the communication between the Vice Chairman and org, helping to refine the cadence, content and tone of the messaging, based on context.
5. You will work with the leadership team to translate the organization plan into a set of well-aligned OKRs.
6. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives where different teams need to align towards a common objective.
7. You will manage the business rhythms of the company:
- Weekly review of KPIs and tactical operational issues
- Quarterly for strategic planning and any course correction
1. You will drive a portfolio of projects for the Partner. This would change over time and could include setting up a new experimental project, fund raising,
2. You will work with the advisory board ensuring data metrics, compliance, board deck and memo are sent out in advance of the meeting.

- You can quickly grasp the essence of a project, its inter-dependencies, the stakeholders and explain it without loss of context.
- You are structured but not bureaucratic; you challenge status-quo and are constantly seeking a better way of doing things
- You are adaptable and enjoy working in a constantly evolving environment, under pressure
- You are comfortable working in a supporting role, without limelight and attention
- You have great communication skills ; both oral and written
