Chief Of Staff/Marketer - Retail

A company in retail space is looking out for a Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making processes & growth hacking in the retail ecosystem.

- Oversee internal operations, optimizing costs and exploring potential to grow a stronger P&L.

- Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, to resolve clear problem statements, thereby driving execution excellence and ensuring timely completion & maximum business impact.

- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, conveying priorities, goals, and expectations.

- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business expansion: this is a critical parameter.

Requirements:

- Preferred candidates should have graduated from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes

- Proven experience in a strategic leadership role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.

- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

- Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset and a track record of driving innovation and change.
