Reports To: CEO / Founder
- We are looking for a versatile and strategic Founder's Office Manager to support high-priority projects, drive cross-functional initiatives, and provide decision support for our manufacturing operations and ensure projects meet timelines.
- This role involves leading cand strategising for critical projects, analyzing data for insights, and ensuring alignment across departments.
- You will work closely with the CEO to optimize processes, manage key metrics, and support special initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage key projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and progress.
- Analyze data to provide insights and optimize performance.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
- Support the CEO with strategic initiatives and manage special projects.
- Represent the CEO for events
Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree, 5+ years in project management and finance within manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with project management tools.
