Role and Responsibilities:
- Initiating and tracking digital transformation initiatives
- Co-ordination with various business unit heads for driving initiative performance against budget & timelines
- P&L review of Business Analytics Projects
- Development and implementation of the short term and long-term growth strategy
- Preparation of business review meetings with MIS and review decks
- Ensure information is propagated and consistent across all levels in the team and projects
- Using a combination of technology and critical thinking skills, analyze data and create reports that enhance decision making across various areas of the business
- Plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with multiple deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- 7+ years' of overall experience with 2+ years' as a team lead or project manager
- Experience in handling multiple stakeholders is mandatory
- Master's or Bachelor's degree from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement, acumen and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
- Ability to think critically, analytically and use data driven insights to solve problems
- Strong experience with MS Office, Excel and Visualization tool (Power BI or Tableau)
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
