Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: - Analyse business trends, conduct market research, and perform competitor analysis to prepare strategic reports, business plans, etc. for various business interests across various country operations of the Group - Support the Chairman in developing and executing strategic initiatives that align with the organization's long-term goals. - Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on key initiatives to ensure seamless implementation of strategic priorities. - Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. Project & Stakeholder Management: - Lead and manage high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives. - Track and report progress on strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to the Chairman. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
