Chief Of Staff - Internet/Online

The chief of staff will wear multiple hats, work with founders and senior management to build future strategy, assess TAM and budgets for expansions to new geographies, work on GTM planning and execution for new products till PMF, work with business finance teams for building AOPs and tracking, investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and founders, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning

- Provide data analysis and metrics of the company's productivity to the executive team, then suggest strategic initiatives to improve workflow, teamwork, and budget management.

- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities

- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with founders and executives on special projects. They should empower and properly equip other team members to perform their duties well.

- Assist the human resources department with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns

- Ensure his/her key leader is carrying out the strategic objectives of the organization in a way that is aligned to its mission and values.

Ideal Profile:

- 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, founder's office of a high growth start-up with Bachelor's degree and MBA from a Premier School

- Ability to structure, summarise & present complex topics effectively to a wide audience.

- Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable with operating in ambiguity. Strong executive presence with ability to manage through high-intensity and high-pressure environment

- Experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects. Comfortable in multitasking and prioritising multiple time-sensitive initiatives

- Entrepreneurial nature with a growth mindset.

- Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills for a geographically dispersed audience

- Proven program management experience with the ability to break down complex projects and product roadmaps into executable tasks with agile methodologies

- Early Stage Startup experience will be preferred
