Chief of Staff
The ideal candidate will bring to each project a unique blend of project management, analytical, research and quantitative skills together with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Experience: 10- 15 Years
Responsibilities include:
- Acts as a strategic advisor to the Founders and senior management team.
- Someone who can get things done.
- Gate-keeping who bridges and monitors the flow of multi-platform communications between the ground and office teams.
- Aiding in and ultimately ensure the timely completion of multiple projects
- Provide data analysis and metrics of the company's productivity to the senior management team, and then suggest strategic initiatives to overall productivity and enhance employee's productivity.
- Creating dashboards and reports for clear visibility of performance and identifying the performers and non-performers within the company.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Process driven and really focussed
- Build leaders in the team
- Ensure the company's goals and initiatives are met.
- Participate in all aspects of our methodology and work, including analyzing quantitative research as well as creative thinking and developing strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to capability strategy and development.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Credible and experienced at operating at all levels within
- Organizational and Relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving and detail oriented
Must Have :
- Ability to work well under pressure and to have an objective focused and positive approach, be self-motivated and self-driven
- Possess good political acumen and sound judgment. Be advocate, with a collaborative, supportive and team-based approach. Eager to provide insight to and receive feedback
- Open to frequently traveling as per the work
