For a new practice in the BIG 4 consulting company. MNC, US headquartered, looking to hire a person for the India - Delhi/ Gurgaon office.
Role Description:
We are looking for a RIGHT HAND person to lead the Chief of staff's office for the INDIA MD of this big 4 consulting firm. The role requires to be the extension of the MD, supporting him in key decision making w.r.t the business, clients and organziations and ensuring that decisions are being communicated, and implemented. This person will work closely with the senior leadership group within the organization as well as the clients of the big 4, to drive the MD's mandate.
This role offers you an opportunity to have a birds eye view of strategic decision making in big consulting firms, how to drive agenda and be a leader to change yourself, as you drive implementation. It is an influence role- where you are influencing senior leaders (often senior and more experienced than yourself) towards ensuring the organization's strategic goals are met.
The role gives you a significant exposure to the MD - that of a trusted advisor to one of the biggest advisors to Indian corporates.

- Strong analytical/ communication and presentation skills (ppt, excel and any other software will be a plus)

- Well researched/ analyzed presentations to the MD

- Ability to unlock the bottle necks/ raise alarm as needed - to deliver plan
- Bubble up issues/ concerns about the organizations/ teams/ clients as they emerge- to get MD's attention
- Deliver on strategic priorities as outlines by MD
Expected qualifications:
- Top Undergraduate degree with 6-10 years experience or 4-5 year experience post MBA
- Sr. Consultant/ Manager in a consulting firm
