Role responsibilities:
- Attending senior leadership discussions, preparing notes with actionable steps, and converting into projects and tasks for the team.
- Coordinating & following-up with all stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within pre-agreed timelines.
- Setting up processes / SOPs for smooth functioning of the organization, and ensuring that the organization becomes process-oriented, and not person-dependant.
- Providing regular updates to relevant teams so that any corrective actions can be taken timely.
- Designing dashboards to track team's progress, drawing meaningful insights from it & taking actions to improve processes based on insights.
- Assist CEO in any important internal and external events and engagements.
Required Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in business management or operations role - start-up experience preferred.
- Expert leadership, mentorship, and motivational skills.
- Hands-on with excel, powerpoint, and planning tools like Asana.
- Good understanding of operations of different departments like product development, finance, marketing, HR, customer support.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
