Chief of Staff - Reputed Healthcare brand
Role of the COS:
- Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
- Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior managers and department leaders, and perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copies and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities.
- Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with CEO and other executives on special projects
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications
- To work closely with the CEO in strategizing and initiating projects for business growth.
- Evaluate projects along with BU to identify new products and new market opportunities.
- To take ownership of the programs to be implemented and determine their timelines and execution strategy.
- Review project proposals or plans to determine their budgets, procedures, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project for accomplishing the same.
- Work with Operations teams to identify areas for improvement and support creation of plans for the same and follow up on execution.
- Reviews status reports prepared by the program lead and modify the schedule or plan as required.
- Prepare project reports and present the analysis to the leadership dashboard to review performance against set performance indicators.
- Undertake the responsibility for overall quality and management of major projects or programs.
- Analyze ongoing business performance.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
- Knowledge of Business and management principles.
- Numerate and able to manage budgets (income and expenditure) & to analyze financial data.
- Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
- Proven success in a project coordination role. Nimble business mind focused on developing creative solutions
Job Requirements:
- MBA (or) Equivalent experience in Business Administration or General Management or Strategy from a Premier Business School.
- 3 or more years of experience in a business management or marketing and strategy role
- Candidate should be from the Healthcare/Healthtech/Consumer/Pharma & Consulting industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, leadership skills.
- Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
- Demonstrable negotiation, influencing, networking, presentation skills
- Should be open to travel to other locations as and when required.
- Well organized and should have highly system and process-oriented approach
