Chief of Staff - Funded Consumer Startup

JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for a strong generalist who wants to join a fast growing start up to work with Co-Founders to drive strategic initiatives, org-wide goal setting, planning process, growth roadmap, developing strategy and executing it

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyse and determine key insights from key business drivers, competitive environment, trends and operating metrics

- Assist CEO/founders in institutionalizing people management and org structure, and contributing to shaping strategies across the teams

- Contribute to complex and time-critical projects by quickly understanding the context and developing a prioritized approach for resolution

- Coordinate with different functions within the organization - sales, product, engineering among, credit, operations etc. in the deployment of the business initiatives identified

- Ideate, plan and oversee implementation of new ideas and business critical projects

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

- Graduate/Master's degree from Tier-1 Institutes

- Previous experience with strategy consulting firms

- 5 to 8 years of work experience after completing your graduate degree, "Chief of Staff" experience will be given preference

- Experience working in high growth startups and setting up processes will be preferred

- Outstanding record of academic achievement and demonstrated aptitude for Strategy

- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities

- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Ability to work effectively with people at senior as well as junior levels in an organization

- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively ; both verbally and in writing ; in English
