Chief of Staff - Founder's Office - IIT/IIM/FMS/ISB/NIT/MDI
Key Responsibilities:
- High ownership role that requires a strong problem solving toolkit to strategize, execute and measure the outcomes based on predefined goals
- Build intelligence on target B2B customers based on numerous facts/reports as well as market/expert feedback.
- Constantly iterate based on the feedback loop put in place
- Communicate with potential customers to explain the value proposition effectively
- Interact with on ground Business development leaders/team to provide strategic insights to steer the sales process
- Liaise with cross-functional teams and define processes (as needed), to enable a smooth communication flow while executing new partnerships
- Communicate extensively with external as well as internal stakeholders by building and using PowerPoint decks as well as excels
Key Requirements:
- B.Tech/MBA from a Top tier college
- 1-3 years of Strategy/Management consulting experience, preferably with McKinsey, BCG, and Bain Project management or Founder's office experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving mindset to understand any issue in thorough detail and apply first principles problem solving to address it
- Experience in working with client-facing roles
- Very well versed in building excels and powerpoints
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hunger and ambition to grow fast and make a huge impact
