Chief Of Staff - Finance

- Hiring for a Chief of Staff role with a well-funded retail-tech company based out of Gurgaon.

Experience required : 1-2 years of experience in Consulting/ Transaction Advisory.

Minimum Qualification : CA

Skillsets :

- Good communication and People Management Skills, Excel, PowerPoint

- The role would involve; Planning - Leading the company's annual business planning (financial and operational) with the CEO and Execution

- Working with CXOs across functions to execute plans agreed with the Board

- Leading special projects that are priority for the Board/ Investor o Process improvement across the organisation

- Resolving cross-functional process bottlenecks, discrepancies

- Monitoring and Reporting Assisting the CEO in monitoring results (designing function-wise reporting templates and regularly monitoring key metrics)

- Monthly performance reporting to Investors, owning board communication KRA setting and alignment between HOD KRAs (Key Results Areas)
