- Our Client's India CEO & Global Head of Fulfilment is looking for a passionate individual to be Chief of Staff. This role will be part of a transformational team, assisting the India CEO & Global Head of Fulfilment in delivering results and servicing their clients in dedicated industries like Consumer & Gig, Financial Services, Healthcare, Tech and Entertainment, Volunteers, and more.
- They are looking for someone to support the India CEO & Global Head of Fulfilment by leading strategic projects, championing change, and helping them plan and execute.

- This is a dynamic and scalable role that serves as a trusted go-to resource for our India CEO & Global Head of Fulfilment and his Leadership Team.
This position reports directly to the India CEO & Global Head of Fulfilment, providing organizational and strategic support.
Role will Not be Limitedto:
- Act as Program Manager for the India CEO& Global Head of Fulfilment in developing strategies and execution plans, and tracking action items from key meetings
- Support the India CEO & Global Head of Fulfilment in key decisions through research, analysis of information, and clear presentation of facts and considerations
- Represent the India CEO & Global Head of Fulfilment when they are not available and providing a bridge for communication between the Sr. leadership teams and direct and indirect teams
- Orchestrate effective team meetings with agility and impact, with a focus on follow through
- Assist the Leadership Team with reporting, headcount management, financial budgeting, in partnership with Finance and People and Culture teams
- Drive continuous improvement of operational processes with a focus on simplification
- Lead or support projects small to large for the team, including but not limited to strategic initiatives, presentations (internal and external), research, financial modeling, team initiatives, project plans, etc.
- Align team initiatives with global initiatives in the other regions
Education / Experience:
- MBA from Tier 1 Institute with 3-5 years of experience as consulting / chief of staff
