- Work closely with the CEO & oversee strategic business initiatives starting from the development stage through successful execution.
- Assist in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Serve as liaison with Employees, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding ongoing projects & business operations
- Oversee daily operations in collaboration with CEO and perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, maintaining communications, planning and coordinating for corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities
Requirement:
- Engineering graduate with MBA from Premier B-Schools & institutes
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic roles or as Chief of staff, preferable from the automotive industry.
