Chief Of Staff - Corporate Strategy - Startup

we are looking for Chief of Staff -Reports to Founder , based at Gurgaon .

1. Is already working as chief of staff to CEO in the current role or the most promising second in command

2. Has worked a minimum of 2 years of the as chief of staff, program management, or strategy planning types of roles

3. Experience in strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting and program management highly preferred

4. Very comfortable working with a founder & CEO, senior leaders

5. Can work in multi disciplinary teams with cross group collaboration

6. Can handle multiple high stake projects simultaneously with tight timelines, cost, fast pace, ambiguity, less to no hand holding and changing priorities

7. Trained in project and program management

8. Can document existing processes and SOPs, create new processes, refine them and run them

9. Very assertive and person with high degree of conviction

10. Strategic thinker, strong business acumen and data driven

11. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to say no, negotiate hard and rain or shine a stern task master

12. Can collect, collated, synthesis and present data faster than and better than anyone else

13. Exceptional in presentations

14. Is very entrepreneurial and start up type

15. Very good in data analysis, benchmarks, competition analysis and best practices

16. Career sits on the intersection of category management, marketing, product management, business development, strategy and analytics

17. Minimum of 8 years of experience in progressive career in E-Commerce or other fast paced technology oriented companies

18. MBA from IIM, FMS, ISB or USA top 10
