About the Role
The venture is looking for highly driven candidates with 1-3 years of work experience to join the founder's office and help drive the overall execution plan as well as fund raising.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of key KPIs, operating reports, business plans, valuation analysis and investor presentations
- Scouting, assessment, evaluation and valuation of potential acquisition opportunities
- Negotiation of termsheets and transaction documents for fund raising and acquisitions
- Project management, planning and coordination with lawyers, advisors, investors, platforms for swift transaction completion
- Negotiation, structuring and execution of key commercials for business and operational contracts
- Market research, analysis and tracking the space and competition on a regular basis
- Shadowing the founder and project management on all key business matters and driving execution within tight timelines with cross functional internal as well as external stakeholders
Requirements
- CA / MBA from a top B-school
- 1+ years' of experience working in investment banking, corporate finance, or early stage high growth startups
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, high-growth environment with tight deadlines
