Job Title: Chief of Staff for COO function
Job Summary: The Chief of Staff for COO function will be responsible for supporting the COO in the execution of strategic initiatives, managing key projects, and driving operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the COO to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support the overall growth and success of the organization
- Manage key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and timely execution
- Conduct analysis and research to support decision-making and provide insights to the COO and senior leadership team
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive operational efficiency
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and functions, ensuring alignment and effective execution of initiatives
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for senior leadership meetings and external stakeholders
- Represent the COO in meetings and discussions as needed, ensuring a consistent and effective message is delivered
- Provide coaching and mentorship to other members of the organization as needed
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or a similar role, with a focus on strategy development and execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and initiatives, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
