Profile:
- The ideal candidate will advise on projects and is the main organizer and planner of company initiatives, attending to the minute details while staying attuned to the macro vision of business operations.
- As Chief of Staff, you will work with and report directly to the CEO, relaying messages and ideas from other senior executive leaders to improve the internal functions and processes of the company.
- You must be a creative and results-driven thinker, an excellent problem solver and possess incredible interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and act as the central contact for all business communications.

Strategy & Planning :
- Strategy & Business design
- OKR definitions, OKR deployment and OKR reviews
- Review processes & staff meetings
- Financial planning with Biz Finance and business
- Problem solving - identifying and solving off-track/high risk OKRs
People:
- Org design (Structure and KRAs)
- Performance management design
- Communication design and delivery
- Staffing strategy with HR
- Performance process with HR
Projects :
- Drive strategic cross functional projects
- Synthesize updates on other key projects to CEO/CXO/Stakeholders
External:
- Investor reports
- Investor interaction with functional leaders
- Investment war room with CFO
What will it take?
- Build and develop relationships with stakeholders for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations
- Detailed understanding of business and best practices.
- Serve as a proxy for the CEO by attending meetings in place of the CEO and making decisions on the CEO's behalf.
- Building an effective communication channel for CEOs office for connect with team members, clients, investors, community members, and other stakeholders.
- Act as a sounding board to the CEO for new ideas and initiatives
IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
- Master's degree from a Premier Business School.
7+ years combined experience in:
- Senior operating role at a significant fast-growing startup,
- Strategy consulting, or Venture capital.
- Proven success in project management and reporting.
- Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior stakeholders on cross-functional projects.
- Strong business experience
- Able to make a clear business case for proposals.
