We are looking to hire an Chief of Staff to the CEO for the Largest Ecommerce Company who can provide high-level strategic support by conducting research and analyses, preparing statistical reports to drive revenue maximisation and drive special projects.

Responsibility:

Direct support to the CECO:

1. Assist the CEO in Data collation, Data analysis and in developing Strategies for the Business.

2. Analyse the various monthly Dockets and present insights to the CEO on various opportunities and risks for the business.

3. Do monthly competition analysis, Wallet share analysis and share the same with the CEO.

4. Create high quality and impactful presentation for the CEO for his various reviews with the Board, President, Leadership teams, employee townhalls and other meetings. Be the interface for CEO with external industry bodies and assist in driving the agenda in lines with objectives of BCCL

Business Review and Meetings Management:

5. Prepare, plan and program manage regular reviews, updates and presentation with the leadership team and functional teams

6. Do monthly analysis on the various Industry data sources for the various branches, verticals and horizontals, and share the insights with the CEO before the reviews.

7. Engage with the various Branches, Verticals and Horizontals to broad base the defined strategies and take regular updates on the action plans. Create well analysed monthly reports to share the progress.

8. Do pre and post action plan analysis and capture learnings. Document these learning and ensure the same gets incorporated in future actions

9. Create, maintain and regularly update the various Data formats needed by the CEO in a timely and accurate manner.

10. Assist the CEO during his monthly review with his team and follow through with the team on the various discussion points. Accordingly collate, analyse and update the CEO on the progress on all the points.

Cross functional/strategic project management:

11. Be part of program management office to lead cross-functional engagement for new strategic & operational initiatives at CEO level such as Growth (New Revenue streams), Optimisation (of existing revenue & functions)

12. High degree of cross-functional coordination required to proactively engage with various people within and outside the organization and capture some of the best practices. Regularly share the learnings with the CEO.

13. To actively work on the Special projects given by the CEO from time to time during the year.

- Competencies and attributes required to succeed in the role

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software

- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

- Experience of driving PMO , transformation projects and change management initiatives

- Exceptional interpersonal skill and collaboration; strong executive presence

- High-level of discretion and confidentiality will need to be maintained in this role

Educational Qualifications Required:

- Post-Graduate qualifications like MBA, CA/CS

Any continuous professional development in business analysis and strategy will be an added advantage.
