Chief of Staff - CEO - leading NBFC
A leading NBFC is looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO.
- It is an Executive responsibility and the incumbent will be a strategic partner to the CEO and would be responsible for program management (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual responsibilities) & will help advance the CEO`s strategic initiatives.
- The role requires a highly resourceful individual who can work extremely independently with exposure to market and business intelligence, strong data analytics skills & project management skills, high emotional maturity, self- motivation, integrity, willingness to put the CEO's and the firm's interest above all else, absolute confidentiality where appropriate.
Non negotiable Technical Must Haves:- Provide Thought Leadership through Analyst reports, Economic updates, Trend forecasting, Business intelligence and Competitive bench-marking.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Construct / deconstruct MIS reports, Balance Sheets & P&Ls and create & manage meaningful reporting dashboards on defined performance parameters for all business. Prepare information for external & internal meetings with analysis and synopsis on the performance of various businesses along with bios of key players in the market place.
- Build financial models, frameworks and ad hoc reports for the business leaders across all businesses. Challenge the assumptions and performance numbers to make important decisions.
- Research and Analysis: Analysis and interpretation of financial data and transferring that data into meaningful information & reports to understand the performance of various business and help drive decisions. Providing solutions basis analysis at regular intervals. Compile information on industry trends; Track industry growth and conduct competitor analysis. Being able to provide an opinion and insight based on this research.
- Strategic Projects: Independently manage all CEO's special projects across businesses and departments, like new frameworks or business models, restructuring or business reviews etc.

Experience:- 10 to 15 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or corporate group with a strong Quant and Analytical background
Qualification: MBA from Premier B School with strong concentration in Finance and Accounting
