Partnership Opportunities:

- Drive the organisations growth funnel across.

- Collaborate with CEO to identify opportunities

- Take forward leads through conversation with relevant experts /org heads.

- Distil high potential leads for CEO action

M&A:

- Collaborate with external partners, investors and the CEO to identify and acquire targets including DD, management presentations etc.

- Track progress across potential targets

- Support post-merger integration, in case of an acquisition

CEO Initiatives:

- Drive the organisations most critical strategic and cross-functional initiatives like cost reduction, productivity improvement

- Enable cross-functional collaboration to lead key projects for Porus

- Define and track KPI's across such initiatives to ensure timely progress

- Update CEO and Executive Team on progress; surface and escalate risks to execution.

Project Management:

- PMO select initiatives that enable smooth org functioning

- Monitor progress by teams and problem solve for course correction where needed

- Highlight any risks/issues requiring intervention

Requirement:

- Experience in top-tier management consulting firm with focus on operations / execution engagements, ideally in the manufacturing/chemical/pharma sector

- Industry ops or sales experience, ideally in the manufacturing/chemical/pharma sector

- Strong education background - engineering not mandatory; MBA not mandatory
