Job description

- Chief of Staff for CEO

- Responsible for tracking all the BU performances including

- Analyzing and highlighting trends in

- Revenue, P&L metrics, Resources, etc.

- Driving new initiatives

- Interface with world-wide BU heads, sales and cross functional teams

Qualifications :

- Over 15-20 years of work experience in business analytics

- Experience in managing large engineering services business

- Program Management experience is a plus

- P&L management experience

- Masters or MBA in Finance or Marketing
