The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing high-level support across all areas of the business. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in strategy, implementation, and executive support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, capable of managing complex projects, driving key initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement the company's strategic vision.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement across the organization.
Project Management:
- Oversee and drive key projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives by coordinating with various departments.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Executive Support:
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
Operations & Process Improvement:
- Optimize internal processes to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices in operations, ensuring scalability as the company grows.
- Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and board members.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and events as needed.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of top talent to strengthen the organization.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- A master's degree in business administration from a reputed institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a strategic or executive support role, preferably within a start-up or fast-paced environment.
